CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN FOOD OR HIRE OUR OWN CATERER?

We do not have our own onsite catering and highly recommend using a professional caterer for your event. With the rental of the facility you and your chosen caterer have full access to use our full kitchen to keep food warm or cool. It is required that you use a licensed caterer or chose from our preferred vendors. All caterers must be approved by Northridge Staff. 

HOW MANY GUEST CAN NORTHRIDGE VALLEY ACCOMODATE? 

Our facility has a max occupancy of 300. We do have the space to hold 300 but we have decided to keep the seating at 220. 

HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE AT NORTHRIDGE VALLEY? 

We require a $1,500 deposit to secure your date at Northridge Valley. (See our contract for further details)

WHAT IS YOUR ALCOHOL POLICY?

 Northridge Valley does allow alcohol ONLY with a licensed and insured third party bartending service approved by Northridge Valley. There is a $250 fee associated with the use of alcohol at our facility. You are invited to choose between COPA Bar Service or Cheers and Swizzles as our preferred Bartending servers. 

DO WE ALLOW SPARKLER SEND OFFS?

Yes we allow sparkler send offs! We will provide propane torches to be used to help light these by our Northridge Staff. No Fireworks are allowed unless special permission is given and added to your contract. Sparkler Send Offs to only be allowed on concrete areas. 

DO WE ALLOW PROJECTILE SEND OFFS?

Yes we allow a select variety of projectiles that will need to be approved by Northridge Events Center staff prior to signing the contract. The after effects will need to be cleaned by the event party or an additional fee will be applied.
